马慧芬，讲师，管理学博士
2013—2016年在北京大学公共卫生学院从事博士后研究，
2024—2025年赴加拿大多伦多大学访学。
主要从事卫生政策与卫生服务研究，研究方向包括老年人多病共存与健康服务、医养结合与整合型照护、基层与社区卫生服务、长期照护与照护协调等。重点关注老龄化背景下医疗卫生服务体系的组织与优化，以及多病共存老年人连续性、协调性健康服务问题。
Ø 科研项目：主持科研与教学项目5项，其中省部级科研项目2项、国家一级学会项目1项、校级教改项目1项、课程思政项目1项。指导本科生创新训练项目1项并获校级立项。作为主要参与者，参与世界卫生组织（WHO）、国家自然科学基金、国家卫生健康委及相关部门（机构）支持的多项科研与政策项目，涉及医养结合与老年健康服务、基层卫生服务能力建设、卫生人力资源、健康服务体系及数字健康等领域。
Ø 科研成果：围绕老年健康与多病共存、卫生服务与长期照护、基层卫生人力资源与组织管理等方向持续开展研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在 Journal of Affective Disorders、Risk Management and Healthcare Policy、Frontiers in Public Health、Journal of Health Organization and Management 等国际同行评议期刊发表多篇论文，并在国内核心期刊发表多项卫生政策与卫生服务研究成果。代表性研究主要涉及老年人多病共存与认知功能、衰弱与健康结局、长期照护、基层卫生人力资源及整合型卫生服务等领域。

Ø 教育教学：承担本科生与研究生教学任务，主要讲授《公共管理学》《社会医学》《健康教育与健康促进》《管理沟通》《人际交流与沟通》等课程。指导本科生毕业论文及学生科研训练，其中2024届、2025届和2026届各有1篇本科毕业论文获评校级优秀本科毕业论文。
Ø 学术服务：受邀担任 Scientific Reports , BMC Health Services Research同行评审人；2025年获批山东第一医科大学国际合作联络专家。
